Built to Last

Capital Campaign

Fund the tools that equip the next generation.

Why Built to Last

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."— Ephesians 2:10
At Catalyst, we believe every young person is uniquely created by God, gifted with purpose, and called to pursue the good works He has prepared for them. Our mission is to invest in each student who comes through our program—helping them discover their purpose in Christ and equipping them to pursue it through mentorship, instruction, and hands-on training. To make this vision a reality, we need to raise $20,000 to fully equip our woodshop and mechanical shop. Every dollar puts real tools into students’ hands—from hand tools and power tools to essential safety equipment. These resources transform learning into hands-on action, giving students the skills, confidence, and experience they need to grow.
Help us build the next generation for the good works God has prepared for them.

Give a Tool, Change a Life

Step 1 - Give a Tool
Every gift funds specific equipment — hand tools, power tools, safety gear — for our woodshop, mechanical shop, and teaching kitchen. A $30 hammer or a $150 saw serves students for years, not a single season.
Step 2 - Build a skill
Students work alongside skilled mentors who model craftsmanship and Christian character. They learn measurement and technique, and with them diligence, humility, and the conviction that work done well is done unto the Lord.
Step 3 - Change a Life
Training here is preparation for a lifetime of service. Students carry practical competence and Christlike character into their homes, churches, and communities — meeting real needs and adorning the Gospel through their good work.
Choose a workshop area to donate to. Every gift, big or small, gets us closer to fully equipping the next generation.

Woodshop Tools

Some wood, a tape measure, saws, hammers, nails, glue and clamps along with some expert mentoring all go together to create a first real carpentry project.

Mechanical Shop Tools

Combine a motor, some sockets and wrenches together with the know-how of adults who care about young people, can be the "spark plug" needed to ignite a young person's desire to explore the mechanical world

Teaching Kitchen

The next planned phase of constructon in our building is a to create a kitchen that blends all the ingredients of a home kitchen along with some of the benefits of a commercial kitchen, bringing the quality food of one generation into the homes of the next generation.
