  • About Baby & Me
As a new Mom, you have entered a new season of life that is filled with sweet moments, but also challenges that you do not have to face alone. Come join other Moms who have begun this journey to share experiences, questions, and community. When you bring a new life into the world, everything changes. You don’t have to be alone or feel isolated as you make these big adjustments with your little one. Baby & Me is designed to be flexible to fit into the changing schedule that you and your baby will experience in the first year.We will meet for two hours, 9:30-11:30am on alternate Thursdays (see schedule). There will be coffee and snacks and topics of conversation focused on supporting the needs of fist time Moms. Feel free to come when you can, stay as long as you can, and leave when you need to. This community is meant to be a place where you can ask questions, navigate this new season, and be supported in your journey into motherhood.

Baby & Me Sickness Policy

In order to have a community that is considerate of each other’s families, please do not attend “Mommy & Me” if your child has any of the following:Fever: Generally 100.4°F (38°C) or higher. Your child should be fever-free for 48 hours (without medication) in order to attend (which means since Sunday evening of that week).Vomiting/Diarrhea: must be symptom-free for 24 hours.Contagious Illnesses: Such as strep throat, flu, conjunctivitis (pink eye), RSV, chickenpox, hand-foot-mouth disease, etc., until cleared by a doctor or after the contagious period has passed.Uncontrolled coughing, difficulty breathing, or wheezing.Unexplained rash (unless cleared by a doctor).Lethargy or inability to participate in normal activities.
